Create a meaningful encounter with the self by learning to combine a travel journal with a visual journal in order to develop a personal mythology. Take part in an epic heroic journey to the land of the ancients. In the company of other seekers, explore ancient ruins, enjoy exotic cuisine, hear foreign tongues, gaze out onto Homer's wine-dark sea, and, perhaps .... just perhaps .... feel the presence and whisperings of others who have passed this way in long-ago times. This is the necessity of ruins, to discover the artifacts of soul through an inner/outer archaeological dig. This is travel at its most sacred and where our inner voices speak loudest because they are influenced by the ancients.
Welcome, Inner and Distant Travelers: Embark with us to Athens to visit the Acropolis. We'll then spend our days Chronicling this Magical Journey in a "Visual Travelogue" while relaxing at a hillside hotel on the island of Mykonos. We'll journal on site at the ruins on the island of Delos, and finally, journey to Delphi, the home of the ancient Oracle, to offer our voices to the Goddesses there, and our extreme gratitude for all we have learned. Whereupon, fully prepared, and forever changed, we return to Athens to make the journey home.
